UNDER THE HARVEST MOON

"Under the Harvest Moon" is an elegant party for our community with drinks, hors d’oeuvres, mingling, dancing, activities and silent auction to raise funds for the continuing work of St. Matthew's Episcopal Church, Evanston.

This year’s gala will be at a special location, the beautiful Wilmette Harbor Club, directly off of Sheridan Road in Gillson Park, overlooking the water.
Music for listening and dancing will be offered by the John Bany Trio, regularly performing at Andy’s Jazz Club and the Green Mill Cocktail Lounge.

We will feature an extended bar (wine, beer and selected cocktails) and hearty hors d’oeuvres from Curt’s Café --“improving outcomes for young adults living in at-risk situations through work and life skills training.”

Silent auction items from the community including sports and concert tickets, gift certificates for restaurants and lessons, and buy-in parties and events showcasing the St. Matthew’s community’s wide range of talents and interests, including art tours, games and fun activities.

There will be mixers, raffles and other activities to help you meet and mingle.
All of this to raise funds to continue the important work of building community in our complicated world.
